Director

Wayne is a Company Director who supports the business across finance, payroll, and technology. He manages internal systems and digital tools to ensure the organisation runs efficiently and securely.

Nicola brings over 25 years of experience across mental health, nursing, and children’s services. She ensures the highest standards of quality, compliance, and person-centred care are maintained across the organisation.
