Founded in 2011 by Nicola and Janet, the company’s journey has been one of growth, innovation, and unwavering commitment to its community. Behind every milestone lies a story of dedication, passion, and a shared family vision.

What began with just one client and a desk in Nicola’s bedroom has flourished into a pillar of the local community. Today, Support at Home proudly supports hundreds of individuals, with a dedicated team of over 120 people delivering care to those with a wide range of health and support needs.

Passionate About What We Do

Support at Home has always been a family effort. Nicola’s husband, Wayne, and her father, Brian, worked tirelessly alongside Nicola and Janet to build the business into what it is today. Their combined dedication and expertise shaped the foundation of the company’s values and ethos. Now, Nicola and Wayne’s sons, Declan and Owen, together with daughter-in-law Emily, play key roles in driving the company forward, ensuring that family values remain at the heart of everything we do.
