Support Worker – Adults, Children, and Families (including Complex Care Needs)
Location: Halton, Liverpool, and Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (7-Week Rotation)
Salary: £28,150 per year, with paid overtime for all additional hours
Contract Type: Fixed-Term, Fixed-Hour, Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Support Workers to join our team. You will provide high-quality care and support to clients, promoting their safety, wellbeing, and independence. This role offers a structured, flexible rota, ideal for individuals seeking a balanced work-life schedule.
Hours & Schedule:
4 days on / 4 days off (7-week rotation)
Each shift: 11.5 hours, including a 30-minute paid break
Shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 22:00 (early and late shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal care and support to clients
Assist with daily activities, fostering independence
Support clients’ emotional wellbeing and social engagement
Accompany clients on outings, social visits, and provide companionship
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team
Requirements:
Full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
Must hold valid business insurance
Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential
Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts within scheduled hours
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and client safety

Location: Halton

Salary: £12.60 – £13.65 per hour + mileage + bonuses
Contract Type: Permanent

You’ll provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times. Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and medication
Meal preparation and household support
Providing companionship and social support
Safe moving and handling of clients
Supporting individuals with complex needs, including
Mental Health, Dementia, PEG, Stoma, and Catheter care

Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop
